Anti-sex Laws

Alternet has an amazing article about some of the crazy anti-sex laws we have in various parts of the US and how they get misused.

For example, a gay father in Georgia is banned from letting any of his ‘homosexual partners and friends” around his kids. And a law passed in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana in 2007, outlaws “any indecent exposure of any person or undergarments” as well as “dressing in a manner not becoming to his or her sex.” Of course, we can’t forget how laws against child porn are being used to prosecute teens who take nude photos of themselves and send them to their boyfriends, who are also prosecuted.
